Aquellos que ya enfrentan alg\u00fan deterioro f\u00edsico, tal vez sean los que m\u00e1s inter\u00e9s tienen en adquirir h\u00e1bitos o pr\u00e1cticas que les permitan sentirse y estar en mejor forma. A continuaci\u00f3n comparto algunas recomendaciones que pueden ayudar a disfrutar de un\u00a0 mejor estado de salud.
