En el tiempo de nuestras abuelas, y a\u00fan de muchas de nuestras madres, nada era m\u00e1s deseado que llegar a casa y sentir el inconfundible aroma de la comida que se estaba preparando en la cocina del hogar. Creo no equivocarme al decir que m\u00e1s de uno de nosotros al llegar a casa lo primero que hac\u00edamos, despu\u00e9s del acostumbrado saludo, era ir directo a la cocina para destapar las ollas y ver lo que la mam\u00e1 estaba cocinando. Sin duda todav\u00eda se nos hace la boca agua cuando describimos nuestras comidas preferidas. \u00bfQui\u00e9n no recuerda la deliciosa sopa de la abuela, los exquisitos dulces de la t\u00eda, y los deliciosos almuerzos que mam\u00e1 preparaba para los domingos?<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, con tristeza hemos notado que en muchos hogares modernos esta maravillosa costumbre de cocinar se ha ido perdiendo y ha sido reemplazada por la famosa pizza, las hamburguesas de la tienda de la esquina, o la comida que se ordena del restaurante chino. Eso no solamente ha creado un deterioro en la salud y un aumento en los niveles de sobrepeso (porque la comida de la calle es muy alta en calor\u00edas por la grasa y sus componentes) adem\u00e1s de privar a la familia de una de las actividades m\u00e1s importantes es a saber cocinar y comer en familia.<\/p>\n<p>Quisiera aprovechar la oportunidad para dar algunos consejos que pudieran ayudar a mis lectores a crear conciencia en la importancia de preparar las comidas en la casa. Antes de ir al supermercado de compras, lleva una lista de lo que necesitas para comprar. Esto te ayudar\u00e1 a planificar las comidas que vas a preparar en la semana y te evitar\u00e1 la tediosa pregunta de toda ama de casa: \u00bfqu\u00e9 cocinar\u00e9 hoy?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Compra solamente las cosas que tienes en la lista, porque con eso ahorras dinero y tiempo adem\u00e1s de evitar la compra de productos que no vas a usar y que luego tiras al canasto de la basura.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando prepares la comida en casa, reduce la cantidad de grasa, sal y az\u00facar que usas.<\/li>\n<li>Recuerda siempre incluir en tus comidas una porci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna (frijoles, lentejas, tofu) granos integrales, frutas y verduras.<\/li>\n<li>Trata de consumir frutas y verduras de diferentes colores en el plato.<\/li>\n<li>Re\u00fane la familia para disfrutar de los alimentos; esto ayudar\u00e1 a fortalecer la unidad familiar.<\/li>\n<li>Si cocinas un poco m\u00e1s de lo normal, lo debes guardar para usarlo al d\u00eda siguiente combinado con alguna verdura para hacerlo variado.<\/li>\n<li>Recuerda que las frutas frescas son un postre saludable y dulce.<\/li>\n<li>Un d\u00eda a la semana puedes darte un gusto disfrutando tu postre favorito.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Consejos para crear conciencia de la importancia de preparar las comidas en la casa. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":10783,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[724],"tags":[190,1259,1091,598],"class_list":["post-10782","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-hablando-de-salud","tag-azucar","tag-cocinar","tag-grasa","tag-restaurante","et-has-post-format-content","et_post_format-et-post-format-standard"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
