Para muchos tres comidas por d\u00eda son mejor que dos. <\/p>\n<p>Durante treinta a\u00f1os s\u00f3lo he comido dos veces por d\u00eda, y no he comido nada entre comidas. S\u00e9 por experiencia personal que es posible tomar dos comidas diarias de manera que esto sea perfectamente conveniente. Pero nadie debe hacer de su propio caso un criterio para los dem\u00e1s. <\/p>\n<p>Cada cual debe estudiar cuidadosamente su organismo, para saber c\u00f3mo tratarlo inteligentemente, y para asegurarse de que la intemperancia en el comer no destruye sus fuerzas vitales.
