No se debe a que los g\u00e9rmenes que producen enfermedades no le han atacado, porque en realidad nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico pelea contra esos g\u00e9rmenes constantemente, sino porque su sistema est\u00e1 m\u00e1s protegido en algunas ocasiones. Por consiguiente cuidar ese ej\u00e9rcito llamado sistema inmunol\u00f3gico debe ser de nuestro mayor inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque no podemos evitar enfermarnos, hay ciertas cosas que podemos hacer para fortalecer nuestro sistema. Algunas ideas que proveen los expertos en materia de salud son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>COMA ALIMENTOS SALUDABLES &#8211; Nada puede contrarrestar los efectos da\u00f1inos de una dieta alta en az\u00facar, grasas saturadas, y alimentos procesados. Aunque de vez en cuando podemos darnos la indulgencia de comer algo que no es totalmente saludable, la regla debe ser el tratar de mantener un balance en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n. Debemos esforzarnos por consumir granos integrales, productos bajos en grasa, diversos vegetales y abundantes frutas.<\/li>\n<li>HAGA EJERCICIO &#8211; El ejercicio frecuente es un elemento importante para fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.\u00a0Esta pr\u00e1ctica aumenta la circulaci\u00f3n y favorece a que los gl\u00f3bulos blancos puedan detectar enfermedades en estados tempranos. Tambi\u00e9n el ejercicio hace que aumente la temperatura del cuerpo, lo que ayuda a evitar el crecimiento de algunas bacterias. Son grandes los beneficios que nuestro cuerpo recibe con el ejercicio por lo que\u00a0vale la pena tomar este consejo en consideraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>DUERMA SUFICIENTE \u2013 Por regla general cuando nos sentimos enfermos lo que m\u00e1s deseamos es dormir porque parad\u00f3jicamente el sue\u00f1o es necesario cuando hay enfermedad y cuando no la hay. Cuando dormidos nuestro sistema inmune libera prote\u00ednas que nos ayudan a promover el sue\u00f1o y de esa forma el cuerpo lucha cuando hay procesos inflamatorios. Cuando no dormimos lo suficiente se reduce la cantidad de anticuerpos y c\u00e9lulas que pelean contra las enfermedades e infecciones.<\/li>\n<li>EVITE EL ESTR\u00c9S \u2013 El estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico es un enemigo de nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico. Cuando estamos estresados muchas veces comenzamos a subir de peso, tenemos falta de sue\u00f1o, depresi\u00f3n y por consiguiente aumentan los riesgos de enfermedades card\u00edacas. Reducir los niveles de estr\u00e9s es una tarea importante para disfrutar de una mejor salud. Las respiraciones profundas, la risa, las caminatas y el descanso habr\u00e1n de bajar los niveles de est\u00e9s que nos afectan.<\/li>\n<li>ESTILO DE VIDA \u2013 Cada d\u00eda podemos hacer buenas decisiones que contribuyan con mejorar nuestra salud.
